Extreme beginners or extreme experts are welcome (extreme intermediates too, but does that really make sense?)!

*You are right, there is no 21st arrondissement. But Parisians like to say that Montreuil, a commune in the east of Paris, is the 21st arrondissement - or "the new Brooklyn" for the more imaginative.
